Great customer service and clean rooms
I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the manager who was always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the microwave and fridge. However, the breakfast area could use more seating as it felt cramped at times.

We had the pleasure of staying in a King Room with our family. Amanda at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere during our 3-night stay.
In my wife’s opinion, a stronger mattress would make for a more comfortable experience for families.

I spent a night at Quality Inn in Dumas. The room had a comfy king bed and a spacious layout. The cleanliness stood out immediately. everything felt very hygienic. Breakfast options blew me away, from fresh fruit to a variety of pastries. Staff were super friendly, welcoming me warmly upon arrival and offering helpful local tips. However, I faced a hiccup during check-in because my reservation wasn't visible in their system. It took about half an hour to sort out, which was frustrating after a long drive. Also, the noise from the adjacent rooms was noticeable late at night. Despite that, the indoor pool was a nice perk, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. No hidden fees for amenities made the experience feel more transparent. Would consider returning but hope the check-in process improves.

Definitely worth it for a family getaway
The breakfast spread was excellent, tons of options, fresh fruit and yogurt and even cookies at check-in! The staff were attentive.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly it was still a reasonable price for what we got.

I absolutely loved diving into Dumas' food scene! Tried Thai Siam Restaurant for a spicy kick and Pecos Diamond Steakhouse for a juicy steak. Plus, the breakfast at the hotel had plenty of healthy choices. The receptionist was a lifesaver when we had reservation hiccups!
Checking in was a bit of a tussle.

The breakfast offered a variety of healthy options, which made our morning enjoyable. Fresh coffee and cookies at check-in added a nice touch that we appreciated.
The room had some signs of wear that detracted from our overall comfort.
