I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the manager who was always willing to help. In my wife’s opinion, a stronger mattress would make for a more comfortable experience for families.

I spent a night at Quality Inn in Dumas. The room had a comfy king bed and a spacious layout. The cleanliness stood out immediately. everything felt very hygienic. Breakfast options blew me away, from fresh fruit to a variety of pastries. Staff were super friendly, welcoming me warmly upon arrival and offering helpful local tips. However, I faced a hiccup during check-in because my reservation wasn't visible in their system. It took about half an hour to sort out, which was frustrating after a long drive. Also, the noise from the adjacent rooms was noticeable late at night. Despite that, the indoor pool was a nice perk, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. No hidden fees for amenities made the experience feel more transparent. Would consider returning but hope the check-in process improves.
